Hall of Fame fighter Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone announced Tuesday that he is coming out of retirement at age 41 to chase a milestone.
Cerrone made 48 combined fights in the UFC and WEC promotions from 2007 through July 2022, when he called it quits amid a six-fight losing streak.
Article continues after this advertisement“I want to go back and get two more fights,” Cerrone said Tuesday in a video posted to Instagram. “… The No. 50 … has been sitting on my mind for a while.”

In addition to “chasing greatness,” Cerrone’s post said he also wants the most wins in UFC history, most finishes and most bonuses.
