Weeks after tying the knot, Shaila Rebortera and her non-showbiz husband Luigi Agtoto surprised fans by announcing the beauty queen’s pregnancy.

The couple made the announcement through a video on their Instagram page on Monday, Nov. 25. In the clip, Rebortera and Agtoto hold the sonogram of their first child, with the former flaunting her baby bump in a white bodycon dress.

The two of them then share a kiss while blue balloons fall in the background. It was not immediately clear, however, if those indicate that they are expecting a baby boy.

“Another 11:11 wish come true,” their caption says. “Our little baby dragon coming this 2025.”

The pregnancy announcement came after Rebortera and Agtoto exchanged “I dos” in an intimate garden ceremony last Nov. 11. They announced their engagement to the public in July.

In 2023, Rebortera revealed having a daughter named Amelia with actor Rob Gomez. The beauty queen-dentist also made headlines at the time after she showed signs of suffering from physical abuse.

She further claimed that Gomez’s mother asked her to apologize for her to be able to stay with them. “I decided to leave.”

Last June, Gomez shared that he was trying to obtain visitation rights to see his daughter, noting at the time that he hadn’t been in touch with her for six months.
