MANILA, Philippines — The eastern portion of Luzon and Visayas will see cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday due to the easterlies, the state weather agency said.
In an early morning report, Rhea Torres, a weather expert of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), said the easterlies continue to prevail over parts of the country.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and eastern Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms on Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Meanwhile, other parts of the country will see localized thunderstorms, the Pagasa specialist added.
